Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we are unable to accept 
returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please 
contact us within 14 days of delivery at Info@wholeness-living.ca with a 
photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost 
to you.

Refunds for approved claims will be issued to your original payment method 
within 5–10 business days.
